Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Rolled Green ® return/cancellation policy is strictly for online sales through https://rolledgreen.com.
  • In the event you purchased our product through a third party vendor, we encourage you to review their return/cancellation policy.
  • In the event you request a refund from https://rolledgreen.com/, return must be within 14 days of the postmarked date.
  • In order to receive a refund or product exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition. Unused, unopened and free of damages.
  • A refund/cancellation credit will only be refunded to the original credit card used to purchase.
  • Rolled Green ® is not responsible for the cost of refund/exchanges.
  • In the event our warehouse is unable to accept return, you will not receive a product credit and/or refund.
  • Our expected refund credit to your account will be 4-7 business days. Please allow time for processing.
  • To initiate a refund request, contact cs@rolledgreen.com
  • Once a refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to start a refund or exchange.

  • To request a refund and/or exchange, please send an email to cs@rolledgreen.com with the subject of “return/exchange”, please include your order number, name, email address and phone number.
  • Please allow up to 5 days to review and process your refund or exchange.
  • Please allow up to 3 days after your refund/exchange has been processed through shipping/fulfillment to get a tracking number for the exchanged item. This only applies to items that are in stock.
  • What to include in your package:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Refund and/or exchange form with reason behind requesting refund and/or exchange.

Shipping time and carriers

  • Shipping will be via USPS. Due to the PACT act, all shipments require signature. Shipments are sent through USPS First Class and typically take between 1-5 days after being shipped to be delivered.
  • Check your local ordinance for legality before placing an order.
  • Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 days of initial purchase. Same day shipping for some customers, this only applies to those purchasing before 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday.
  • Rolled Green ® holds no accountability for your local ordinance, taxes, after and/or during order. Each state governs its own local laws and Rolled Green ® is obligated to abide by each individual state’s laws.
  • Rolled Green ® will only ship to addresses that are within a certain distance of the billing address. Any order address to a P.O box will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
  • Rolled Green ® will send you (the customer) a tracking number after the order has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for mistakes in address. This means you will not receive refund and/or exchange.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not currently offering shipping.
  • All purchases on the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
  • Rolled Green ® is not responsible for damages during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a formal complaint. We recommend saving both damaged goods and shipping material prior to filing a complaint with the shipping carrier. Rolled Green ® recommends that you (the customer) take pictures and videos of the damaged goods as proof of purchase and damage.
  • Adult signature is required but we are not liable for any loss of items during transit nor package returned due to the absence of recipient.
